    If you are donating by check, please fill out the donation form (available at their website at http://af-usa.org/forms.asp) print it out and send it along with your donation. All checks must be accompanied by a duly-accomplished donation form.

    Donations may be deposited or transmitted though telegraphic transfer directly to the Foundation’s bank account. Please contact the AF-USA office for details (http://af-usa.org/contact_us.asp). After you have made your donation, please fax the deposit slip to the fax number listed above.

  3. Credit Card

    The easiest way to donate through AF-USA is via their online donation system. AF-USA accepts VISA or Mastercard. Please visit http://af-usa.org/donate_now_form.asp and look for the name of our organization or project/program in the box labeled “Donation For.”

Please note that AF-USA charges 5% service fee for every donation. This is on top of any credit card charges you may incur.
